I live in South Minneapolis with my wife and our four kids, where I’m passionate about raising resilient kids and being involved in our local church community. When I’m not helping clients navigate real estate, you’ll find me reading old books, hiking, camping, and spending time outdoors with my family—or exploring new coffee shops with my wife. One of my key specialties is historic and older homes, which make up the majority of Twin Cities housing stock. I am one of only 145 agents in Minnesota to earn the "Old Home Certified" designation through Rethos, giving me expert-level knowledge in buying, selling, and renovating these unique properties. Whether evaluating a century-old home or identifying strategic improvements to maximize resale value, I help my clients navigate these properties with confidence.
